Aaron Bell
Owner & Lead Trainer
I’m Aaron a dedicated NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, empowering clients since 2022. After experiencing my own transformative journey of losing over 100 pounds since 2021, I understand the challenges many face on their path to health. My personal experiences fuel my passion for making fitness accessible and achievable for everyone, regardless of their starting point.
With a love for hiking, weightlifting, and basketball, I believe in the importance of incorporating enjoyable activities into a balanced fitness routine. I focus on creating personalized programs that not only promote physical health but also foster a positive mindset and sustainable habits. My mission is to guide others in discovering their strength and potential, helping them lead healthier, more active lives.

Katy Oden
Yoga Instructor
Hey Friends! My name is Kate Oden,
I have always been motivated by group fitness classes! I started my yoga journey in 2016 taking classes at local studios. In 2019, I took a leap of faith to pursue a fitness career I received my level 1 yoga teacher certification through Amazing Yoga Oakmont and a Spinning instructor certification at 6ycle Pittsburgh and taught multiple platforms from 2019-2021. I also enjoy Zumba and Barre.
I took a break from teaching to give birth to two beautiful children one that is in heaven and one healthy little! Im back and ready to encourage you to be the healthiest and happiest version of yourself!
Outside of fitness Im a Certified Montessori Teacher for 1st-3rd grade, a dog mom to two fluffy doodles , love to serve at my church and Travel with my Husband!



Terri Clemens
Yoga Instructor
We are so excited to welcome Terri Clemens as a new yoga instructor!
After retirement in April, she decided to go all in to become a certified yoga instructor! She successfully completed the certification in December!
For now, she will be subbing for Penny on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM.
The class will be a 45 minute Vinyasa flow, designed to stretch and strengthen your body suitable for beginners and level 1/2 practices.
